Bruce Webb


Bruce is now retired, but stays active in AEP and CEQA related issues. He was Staff Environmental Scientist with California Department of Fish and Game’s Northern California Region Interior Conservation Planning unit. He dealt with landscape level CEQA review, county general plan updates, CESA permitting, conservation banking and utility scale wind power. Prior to his 10 years with Department of Fish and Game, he was Senior Planner for the Dublin San Ramon Services District in Dublin from 1991-2001. He has approximately 28 years of State and local agency experience in environmental review and CEQA, specializing in biological resource, water resource and special district and conservation planning. He graduated from U.C. Davis in 1972 and received a Certificate in Land Use and Environmental Planning from U.C. Davis in 1999. He has served as Legislative Liaison for the Superior California chapter of AEP since 2006.
