Henry Boucher

Henry Boucher, AICP, BCEE, is an Associate with CDM Smith in Sacramento. He has a Masters degree in Environmental Engineering from Stanford University and over 35 years experience as an environmental engineer and planner, with a focus on environmental impact assessment, environmental permitting, and land use and transportation planning. He has prepared EIRs under CEQA, EISs under NEPA, regulatory studies, land use plans and site analyses.
