Todd is an associate in the water group at ESA.
He has experience preparing environmental documents for pipelines, water treatment plants, water intakes, and recycled water projects.
He has been a member of AEP for several years and is looking forward to serving as the Student Scholarship/Student Outreach representative.
In his free time, he enjoys reading, playing basketball, and camping.
